We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with Slumbercode. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Hygiene items (such as worn sleep masks or used audio access codes) cannot be returned

Non-returnable items

  • Digital products (audio downloads, subscription content)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used silk hygiene products for sanitary reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@slumbercode.com. We’ll arrange a replacement.
